How I Work
Buying or selling a house can be exciting, confusing, and overwhelming. Dreams and hard-earned dollars are on the line. An intimidating array of questions must be answered, and the last thing you need is a sales pitch. That’s why I consider myself more of an advocate than a salesperson. My job is to help you discover what you want, and give you the information and support you need to find it. I`m here to assist you in the process, not call the shots.
If you’re a buyer, I strive to make the best use of your time by showing you only homes that meet the parameters we have identified together -- including price. Each home comes with positives and negatives, and part of my job is to be honest with you about both. It doesn’t serve either one of us if you buy a home you’re not happy with. If you’re a seller, I provide you with all the information I have regarding the local market so that we can arrive at the right price for your home, and not leave any money on the table.
In either negotiation process, I will always represent your interests with integrity and respect. Together, we’ll get the job done!

I keep my finger on the pulse of the real estate market so we can help you make the best decisions. I am up-to-date on the trends in the area, and I spend a lot of time in the neighborhoods so we can get word-of-mouth tips and information. I create an RMLS profile for each of my clients allowing us to be alerted immediately to new listings that fit your specifications. This research also affords me the ability to correctly price your property for a quick sale at top market value.
